Family traits over three generations

The pictures above span three generations. On the left, my grandfather Harry Hebden b. 1884, centre, my father Harry, b. 1913 and right Stuart Hebden b.1946. All the pictures show us at similar ages, late 20's early 30's. I seem to have more features in common with my grandfather than my father. My father's ears and chin "dimple" are from his mother's (Duerden) side. I appear to have a similar eyebrow arch, but nose and lower face are possibly closer to my grandfather.

In a neat reversal of fashion, my grandfather is shown in casual open-neck shirt circa 1920 and I am wearing a morning-coat and  formal wing collar circa 1971!!
